1) Listing Agents please have your Kalia owner complete and sign this Agent registration form. Kalia Board nor staff may talk to you about the property or Consent to transfer until this is complete. *Please know there are financial and background check requirements that must be met by all new member applicants (buyers/tranferees), even if paying cash. Be sure your buyers are pre-qualified.
To start Consent to Transfer process:
1.) Download link here or contact Touchstone Properties at 808-566-4100 to obtain the transfer process instructions.
2.) Kalia owner or their Listing Agent must turn in a ratified contract & Kalia Request for New Member Application. By turning in the ratified contract and request for application, the board and staff will have all the necessary contact information, for the buyers, buyer's agent and escrow company so that we know exactly to whom we may speak to about the transaction/transfer.
3) Buyers/Sellers Agents - must turn in a $500 transfer processing fee made out to "The Kalia Inc." and Turn in any Reasonable Accommodation requests.
4) Once complete, the buyer(s) will be sent a custom link to complete an on-line financial background check from our screening partners.
**Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES are pre-occupancy agreements allowed.
